Why this site exists

A team can move quickly and still carry several different explanations of what it is building. Those differences tend to surface when a new colleague joins, a scope changes or someone has to explain the product outside the team.

Ceprefi brings education and advisory support into the same place. The dictionary provides short definitions. The guides give teams questions they can use in a project conversation.

Start with one unfamiliar word

Read a definition and put it into your own words. Ask a colleague to do the same. Where the explanations differ, you have found something useful to discuss.

A guide cannot know your team’s constraints. If you need help working through them, contact Ofelia to describe your project and the question in front of you.
